The new CarminesRestaurant.com launched this week, giving a new voice to one of the Capital Region’s busiest people – Carmine Spiro. With a thriving restaurant business, a new reality show debuting December 31 on Fox23, and a few other projects he’ll be revealing soon, Carmine needed a new site to let everyone know what he’s up to. Expect to see unique postings on Carmine’s new blog, photos, bloopers from his show, recipes, new and events, and the unique food and wine blog written by General Manager Armand.
